Any product purchased from Sarjahanis online store can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product(s) delivered is faulty, damaged or defective.
• The received product(s) differed from the original order.

Just to be clear, slight differences in color compared to the digital images won't be seen as a problem with how it's made. These differences can happen naturally during manufacturing.

To process an exchange, you may contact our Customer Service team by emailing us at nksarjahani@gmail.com with your order reference number and pictures of the defected product.

Refunds will only be issued if the delivered product is damaged and the customer does not want a replacement. In all other cases, a store credit will be issued to the customer.

*Discounted items cannot be returned/exchanged unless there is a manufacturing defect.

• Washing your clothes with cooler water and using gentle spin cycles keeps them in better shape, preserving their colour and structure. It saves energy.
• Machine wash at max. 27°C/80.6°F with short spin cycle.
• Do not use bleach or strain removing chemical.
• Iron the fabric at moderate temperature.
• Dry clean only.
